Boundary trees have got too tall - they need to be cut down LOW

The southern boundary trees at our Walsh St rental property have gotten way, WAY too tall(!!!) - and now we've had complaints from the neighbouring property. We thought we'd like to get these trees chopped back to about 2m above ground level as well as thinned away from the fence - and then we could look at keeping them at that height and just maintaining them as a lower hedge. This would be a lot more cost-effective - and would mean happier neighbours. re: the photo is taken from the neighbours' place - as you can see, the trees have grown so high, the tops don't even fit in the photo!! The main problem is that they are blocking the light into the neighbour's house.

Adam is a true professional in every sense of the word! We had trees on our boundary (rental property) that had grown up to the clouds!! HUGE job - Adam got the brief from the get-go, he rang me (in Australia) to clarify a couple of points, he was prompt and efficient in all his communication, he scheduled the job in as soon as possible, and he did a superb job - all on a fraction of the cost of the other quotes.
