Boundary trees have got too tall - they need to be cut down LOW

The southern boundary trees at our Walsh St rental property have gotten way, WAY too tall(!!!) - and now we've had complaints from the neighbouring property. We thought we'd like to get these trees chopped back to about 2m above ground level as well as thinned away from the fence - and then we could look at keeping them at that height and just maintaining them as a lower hedge.
