Jordan came to quote us for the work one day before accepting the job which I thought was really efficient. He brought a large crew with him who worked hard to clear everything up. The job I think was bigger than we thought, but Jordan took it all on and finished it. We did have a small incident with the tree branch falling onto the neighbours house, however, luckily no damage was done and the boys cleaned up super quickly. All well that ends well.

Jordan's team got the job done without providing a quote in advance and therefore without my approval, and he kept ignoring our chat history so the communication was very inefficient and unpleasant. I understand he's busy, but such unprofessional communication should not happen. I was supposed to use their service on a regular basis, but such experience made me have to think twice.

Excellent. Very quick to communicate and flexible on viewing times to quote. Jordan was also super-sharp on pricing and delivered exactly what was agreed - to trim the tall Toon trees along the fence line to the height of the front deck fence, allowing light into the house over winter. They also removed an established privet tree as requested and took away all waste, leaving a clean property. I'm very happy with the result and recommend using Green Masters for anyone who needs trees trimmed.

We needed a large tree removed and found Champion on builderscrack. They did an excellent job removing the tree, and were very responsive in fixing some minor damage incurred. Only complaint was they did say they would complete the job on a certain day and unfortunately didn't let me know until the end of the day, which meant I had a kind of wasted day waiting for them. They were apologetic and did the job promptly the next day, so not a major in the end, but worth commenting on.
