Trim three trees and cut down 2

The trees are a kind of magnolia. They have relatively thin trunks. There are five of them and I want two of them cut down and the other three trimmed to one story house height at present they are two storeys high. There is good access - close by parking and all one level. I would like the job done before xmas. I do have some other trees that I am trimming cutting down myself and would like to see if the branches could be taken away too.
