RobinHood Scapeater tripping the reset button

Our Robinhood Scrapeater SE520 QA has stopped working. It is tripping the reset button. We have used the allen wrench to make sure the motor is free. Nothing is stuck in the blades. If we use the allen wrench to free the blades and push in the reset button it may work for a couple of seconds and then trips again. I suspect it may be a power/switch issue. Looking for someone to fix. The unit is only a year to 18 months old.
