Fix my Panasonic W/Machine

Panasonic NA-148VG3 econavi. It stops a couple of times each use with error code U11, blocked pipe. Don't know if it is or not. Machine less than 2 years old and little use. The timer doesn't seem to be working correctly. A 15 minute cycle takes 30+ minutes.

Clean pump on washing machine

The 'clean pump' light keeps lighting up during the wash cycle. I have cleaned the filter and this has helped but the light comes on on the rinse cycle. I can hit the 'start' button and it continues, but stops again. The washer is a front loading Whirlpool.
