Replace bottom oven element

I think the bottom element on my Westinghouse apollo oven is broken. Or could it be a thermostat? Not sure, but things haven't been cooking from below properly. The oven is still hot so the top element is working. It is one of those hidden elements. See pics.

Water draining super slowly

I have a Samsung top loader washing machine 5.5 kg Model --- SW The water will not drain as per usual, it has suddenly become super slow, something seems to be stuck. I have as DIY, 1. Cleaned out pump filter 2. Cleaned drain hose 3. Cleaned the agitator cover 4. Checked nothing is stuck around the drum but it hasn't helped. Note water is drained out, it just trickles out of drain hose.
