The door latch on our Fisher & Paykel Soft Touch dishwasher has broken/come loose and will not latch shut when closing the door. This stops the dishwasher from operating. The latch can manually be held in place and the dishwasher will operate. There is also a crack in the doorframe. I am unsure whether the crack impacts the operation or not.

Dishwasher works great now. Very speedy with initial contact however the callout fee was wrong on their builders crack blurb at the time as it's actually $90 not $70. Would have benefitted with a written quote too.
