OVEN FAN BAKE OPTION NOT WORKING

We have an oven that fan bake option is not working. Only the fan bake option. The fan grill works including fan and heating element however the fan bake option does not heat up. I believe the fan still works. The oven light doesn't appear to work either I have attempted to change the bulb but no luck.
