Damaged F & P Induction Cooktop - Damage Report for Insurance

My tenants have accidentally dropped something on the Fisher & Paykel Induction Cooktop in my Sunnynook property so I need someone qualified to visit and advise if repairable (unlikely) or needs replacement - need a written report for insurance company (AMI). Can arrange for someone to be on-site for access - tenant, me (owner) or property manager - should be quite a quick job. See photos taken yesterday. Model is CI604DTB1

Work was delayed due to lack of availability of the part in NZ (not Sam's fault) so we had to stay in regular contact to arrange the timing and keep the tenant at the property in the loop. Sam very flexible and prompt once part sorted.
