Smeg dishwasher fix and Insinkerator fix/ or removal

2 jobs - hopefully able to be done by the same person 1) Our smeg dishwasher is having issues. I think the model is PL 512A We usually put it onto cycle 2, and now it is stopping when it gets past the number 3. And you can click it over a click then start it again but then it will go past the finish at 0 (hopefully this makes sense!) 2) Waste disposal unit flooding everywhere - think quite old. If this not able to be repaired we would like to have it removed and the normal plumbing returned
