F&P Front Loader Repair (no spin cycle)

Our F&P front loader washing machine will wash, pump but not spin. I have checked the pump and hoses but they are all clear and the pump is spinning fine. The machine can wash clothes with the drum rotating with no issues during the washing itself. It just pumps for a few seconds then does nothing. No time counting down, no weird noises. After a few minutes it will pump briefly again then nothing again.
