Hi there, I own a house in Ellerslie, Auckland which is currently being rented out and there seems to be a problem with the range hood in the kitchen and it needs replacing. At this stage, I was wondering if you do after hours service as my tenant works mon-fri, 9am -5pm so will only be home after 5pm or in the weekends. Look forward to hearing back from you.

The BBQ is a HEAT design by Hendrick Pedersen. It is more of a outdoor grill. It has three burners plus a wok circular burner. One of the burners is faulty and we need a gas bottle too (with gas).

I have a problem with a F & P Kelvinator Pride 5.5, the machine spins the tub around 5 or 10 degrees, stops and wont pump the water out. I have replaced the pump so that is not the problem.

We have minor-but-annoying malfunctions in the kitchen. 1. The lower drawer of our F&P two-drawer dishwasher is stuck on Rinse cycle. 2. Our F&P 7-function oven has a loose/malfunctioning temperature knob. 3. The Robinhood rangehood also needs 1 x replacement light. We will great to have everything working right again (husband is using this as an excuse not to cook :)

Our stove is currently having problems. One of the elements gets super hot and won't adjust in temperature. The other plates either turn on and off or wont adjust in temperature.
