Miele - Under counter wine cooler KWT 4154 UG-1

A Miele service technician has looked at the cooler and advised that there is a solenoid valve problem. The unit has two chiller sections and it was indicated that the problem was one section not switching to the other ? The technician advised that Miele will not repair this problem. Is it possible to get both or at least one chiller section working.

Stove glass top replacement +elements.

Ideally I'd like the glass over the elements and both elements replaced. The glass is cracked over both elements, the large element is dead and the little one just turns on hot, and can't be lowered. There are burn marks around it and pot burns on the bench close to the oven top. I would like separate quotes for the glass and elements [together] and the burns on the bench. Thanks.
