Oven repair - broken fan (probably)

A while back the fan on our oven started to behave oddly and we thought it best to stop using the oven. We're hoping it's fixable and would like someone to take a look please. The oven is in-built to a kitchen benchtop so not easy to remove, is electric (don't know brand sorry). Could try to get this info and photos if needed. Not sure of oven age - it came with the house so at least 8 years.

The work was done really quickly and very thoroughly, turned out that the job was more difficult than we hoped by our tradie did it for less than I thought the smaller job was going to cost. I was really impressed and have told everyone at my work how good they were. Great stuff, thanks.
