Fisher & Paykel Fridge/Freezer - Freezer not freezing

My rental property in the city has a Fisher & Paykel Fridge/freezer, model number N249T, and the freezer is not freezing anymore or is not freezing properly. This fridge is set into a cupboard. I am looking for a reputable repairer to contact my tenant and be in the position to go there tomorrow or Wednesday, and take a look at it. It is about 7 years old.
