Waste disposal repair

Waste disposal not working in an apartment in Auckland CBD. Please let me know if it's caused by a misuse and if a fix is possible, if a clean up doesn't fix the issue, please remove the waste master since it's a rental property. Also got some issue with dishwasher, please let me know if that's also under your area of expertise
