F&P French Door Fridge/Freezer

On occasions (60% of the time) when opening the Fridge door, it beep for 20 times. The compartment button on the small console inside the refrigerator moves the small red light from its normal position of about 11 o'clock to approx 12.30 amd the temperature buttons normally showing 5 buttons lit now show just one red light at max setting and one light above the + setting - all others off. On other occasions the fridge acts in a normal manner and it seems that the fridge is working correctly
