General maintenance - change of tenancy

We have a few items that need addressing. Ideally this will all be completed by the same person on the morning of Saturday 26th August to avoid disturbing the tenant. Definitely needs address: 1. Insinkerator - it hums when you turn it on. If you use the scrubbing brush to spin the blades then turn it on, it runs no problems. Seems to be the starter capacitor? Might replace this if it's not an easy fix - see photo 2. Kitchen door has fallen off, screws have pulled part of the wall out. Probably needs an area of 3cmx3cm removed and replaced with new a square of wood/ hard set epoxy - see photo 3. Heat pump maintenance, it has never been serviced since installation a few years ago. Probably just needs the filters cleaned - see photo 4. Replace the light bulb in the main bedroom - approx 3m ceiling so requires a ladder - see photo 5. Kitchen tap has come off, see photo. Works no problem and it doesn't come off easily, you have to lift it vertically - see photo. If this can be secured that would be best. Can change the tap if required. Only if it's quick and easy to address: 6. Hand rail in the bathroom is lose as one of the plastic fittings has broken. Should be a simple glue job - see photo 7. Patch up one step of the carpet - see photo 8. Paint peeling off the wall next to the stove - see photo
