Fridge, Oven & Dishwasher seals repaired

The freezer drawer isnt closing properly and needs new seal. Also the fridge isnt keeping a cold temprature, mainly at the top of the fridge. Also one part of the seal on the oven door needs replacing. And the dishwasher seal needs replacing. Every now and then water is leaked from the dishwasher.
