Dishwasher not cleaning properly

We have a dishwasher that doesn’t seem to clean dishes, in particular the top rack ones. It’s an F&P Softtouch 913T, probably 10-15 years old. Have noticed it a bit over the past month, but more recently it’s seems a lot worse. It seems to heat the water well and there are no blockages in the hoses, spray arms or feeder tubes from what I can tell. We’ve taken it apart, given it a thorough clean but it still seems to be buggered. Can anyone help? Thanks.
