Fisher and Paykel dishdrawer not working

Hello I have a DD60DCX7 double dishdrawer, and the top one has stopped working properly. The motor runs constantly but the cycle does not advance (eg it gets stuck on 22 minutes forever...). Please help? Ideally someone who can assess and repair/replace on same visit please. Thank you very much
