Dishwasher repair

HI there, Our Classique dishwasher is stuck in the rinse part of the cycle. Unsure of the model number (could be SKB025) but attached is the photo of the same one. Water pumps in but does not appear to pump out during the rinsing stage, and it does not progress to complete the entire cycle. Manually stopping the cycle at this point and opening the door shows there is dirty water pooling at the bottom of the dishwasher. Nothing appears to be blocking the drain/pipes. Would like to know if this is repairable (or worth repairing)? Please advise if there is a call out fee for a quote, we live in Kingsland, Auckland. Many thanks! Ben
