Fix a TV onto a bracket and a wall

We have a LG flat screen TV that needs to be put up in a bedroom. It might be on the fireplace wall or the outside wall. I would like it so the wiring is concealed as much as possible. It already has Apple TV fixed into it and is used for Wii and x box etc. Teenager moving rooms and wants cool room!
