Fix stovetop and fan in shower

Three elements on the electric stovetop have stopped working. Two stopped working last night, but the other one hasn't been working for some time. At the time, it wouldn't turn off, so hasn't been used since. The electric fan in the shower cubicle has stopped working also when you turn on the switch. The fan extracts the steam directly outside.
