Washing Machine Service

I have a top-loader Kelvinator washing machine and dryer. A few nights ago the washing machine started making a banging noise whilst on and when i looked inside it looks as if the inner 'bowl' has come loose or unscrewed. The Dryer is also making some squeaky noises. Think they would both need a service or ideally if there is a specific problem with each, just have that fixed. I did call for a quote and it sounded like it might need a new machine kit and the dryer some lube. Would appreciate any quotes as soon as possible. Kind regards.
