Chris was very professional, kept in touch, came on time, talked to us as to the problem, gave us different options to solve the issue. After the incinerator was changed, but the problem of water clogging in the sink was not completely resolved, he came over, tried to solve the problem and suggested solutions to us without any extra cost.Is still in touch with us to get the issue resolved. Would recommend him to my family and friends. Thank you Chris for being so proactive.
