Washing machine just started having trouble pumping water out. When water levels are low the machine tries to start spinning, but doesn't spin fully. It also makes a grinding noise at times when it tries spinning. I've tried clearing the pump filter in the bottom compartment but there is nothing in there. I need a professional to look at it. Washing machine model: Fisher & Paykel Kelvinator GW52-K
