Various Work in Kitchen / Bathroom

1) Rangehood ventilation: I would like someone to help replace a venting system in our kitchen. The rangehood passes the air through a vent to the top of a cabinet. The cabinet has been removed to investigate and replace vent. Due to time constaints, I would like someone to finish off this work, (i) buying & replace vent, (ii) reinstall the cabinet and (iii) seal/plaster the cabinet and rangehood back. 2) Soap dish replacement: I would like to replace one soap dish in the shower. The old soap dish was rusting and still has rusted rails in there. Initially, the plan was just to just remove this but I think a replacement is suitable. 3) Front door: Our front door damper is not working properly. The door still closes but does not "click" in automatically. I would like someone to investigate this. 4) Bathroom door: One of our bathroom door is not closing properly, most likely due to moisture. I would like someone to realign or readjust the door so that it closes properly. 5) Dishwasher: New dishwasher bought a couple of weeks ago. Installer cannot manage to "fit" it in. I would like someone to see if it's possible to put the dishwasher in further. 6) Painting: I would like someone to paint our apartment - approximately 150m2, there's 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living area and kitchen. Please advise.
