LG ThinQ Fridge not producing water or ice

Hey there, After moving house, the fridge that came with the home - LG GF L708PL - is not producing water or ice. It's plumbed in correctly with water entering the fridge, but stopping there. The error code "15 E" is displayed on the fridge's display, and the ThinQ app's diagnosis identifies a "defect in the ice maker temperature sensing function", along with the Pure N Fresh filter needing replaced. We're happy to go to the LG support, but thought we'd try here first. Thanks, Cam & Jon
