Hayden was great, turned up when he said he would, did the job quickly and efficiently, was friendly and professional the entire time, really understanding when I had to rush off to work before the job was finished, completed the job unsupervised and cleaned up after himself, locked up when he was done. I'd happily recommend him and I would definitely hire him again. He also wasn't critical of the poor work of the previous tradesman, just did a better job than them without being negative.
