"We are happy with the fixing and plastering work, however the area has not been protected at all, meaning all our expensive tramping gear, camping gear, tools etc, everything in the garage is covered in white dust. This is a right pain and we would have appreciated either you protecting shelves before you started or telling us that we needed to protect our gear - it might seem like common sense to you but we never had a plaster job done so did not foresee this..."

"I Apologize For Any Inconvenience With The Dust That Was On Your Camping Gear. Dust Covers Were Used And Some Camping Gear And Bikes And Chairs Were Removed To Out Side While Work Was Carried Out . I Will Endure To Clean Better With Future Jobs"
