"Highly unprofessional. Like Veronica in another review, we paid large cash sums up front to Mark, to build deck in 3 weeks, the job is 3 months over due. Non-communication, does not answer calls, texts, emails. We paid the majority of the project funds up front, including securing the Kwila wood supply. Two lots of Tradies have walked off the job. No Kwila. Low quality. Job incomplete. This is NOT the honest service of a No.1 deck installer. We hope the contractor does the right thing?"
