"I was initially impressed at how quickly they were able to attend to replacing my floor and fix a major leak.

The floor still sinks in places that they worked on. Finishing was rough and incomplete. Another builder has since been under the house and confirmed that the work was not up to standard and that they left rubbish under the house.

This, and three months of failing to follow up my emails/calls to rectify it."
