"Chris was a fantastic builder when he began the repair work for my home (Dec 2025). I've been reluctant to leave this review as he's such a nice guy, does amazing work and was highly professional. He was halfway through competing some small jobs for me (referred through a friend). I bought him a small Xmas gift and we were excited to give it to him when he was due to come back in the new year, as he was due back then. He never showed up. To this day I've not heard from him (6m later). Ghosted!"
