"We engaged BPM for a major renovation/reclad with a 150-working-day construction period (approx. 7 months). Around 21 months later, our home remained incomplete, with defects, outstanding work and no CCC. BPM left the site and the dispute proceeded to formal adjudication under the Construction Contracts Act. We’ve since had to engage others to finish and rectify work. Knowing what we know now, we wouldn’t engage Blackstone Project Management again."
