Daniel was booked for a front roof replacement for a block of apartments. We decided to do a trial on a single roof, it was important that this was done quickly so we had the maximum amount of time to review the results. He told us in early September that he could do this within a couple of weeks., up until then his communication had been good. But once booked for the trial he postponed us endlessly.. at least 4/5 dates set and then postponed.. until finally he withdrew from the project in December leaving us frustrated and in a really bad position for a replacement. Daniels communication was utterly appalling. At times dates were set, tenants notified, parking spots in place and then he didn't turn up or even let us know he wouldn't. I would thoroughly recommend anyone talk to me more about our awful experience before considering him.
