"Please be careful paying large deposits upfront to Mark / The Decking Specialist Ltd. Our project was delayed around six months after a 50% deposit, with poor communication and many unanswered emails, texts and calls. The project was left incomplete. Josh, the subcontractor, was the only positive part: professional and responsive. We cannot recommend this company."
