Repair leaking pantry roof #2

Pantry is converted entranceway. Was repaired 8 years ago due to a leak, with today’s rain a new leak has become evident. Last job involved: “cut back vegetation and remove.replace existing roof with hardi sheet,lift lower tiles install butynol membrane to hardi sheet and up house roof to height of first tile batton replace concrete tiles.remove damaged gib board,replace gib plaster and paint.” So we need to see what has failed and what repair is necessary.

Hi, I had the leak fixed last March, but now another part of the water pipe seems to have cracked. The previous contractor dug up the concrete and gave me a quote which I was happy with, but he's been unable to carry out the work in a timely fashion due to unforeseen circumstances.
