concrete driveway replacement

Kia ora, The old cracked driveway, approx. 50 -55 meters long, needs replacing. The driveway serves two dwellings and for both some extra width is needed in places, in order to connect to dwellings' access. Medium steep. Will need careful approach re. camber etc. as with winter rains it can become a bit like a river. First photo is looking down from the top. Second photo is looking down, halfway. Third photo is looking up from the road. We would appreciate someone having a look and giving us suggestions and a quote.
