Cut small sections out of concrete driveway to make room to plant hedge

We have a 30 meter driveway that we want to plant a hedge along. There's not much space to plant so we need to cut approx 65 small squares out of the edge of the concrete (about 30cm wide). I'm estimating it's about 48 meters worth of cutting. The waste will also need to be taken away.

Plant approx 65 Griselinia trees along drive way

We have a drive way that is approx 30 meters long and we would like to plant about 65 Grislinia trees along it. We would like to use trees that are about 0.5m - 1m height. Most of the trees will be along 1 side but the other side will need a few also, where there are gaps in the exisiting hedges.

Move a 4m fence back towards the boundary and build small retaining wall

We have a fence on the corner of our drive way that doesn't run along the property boundary so we would like to move it. Its approx 4-5 meters long. We would also like to reduce it's height by about 30cm. A small retaining wall will also need to be build as the ground slopes. The height of the retaining wall is about 1 meter at one end and 0.2 meters at the other end. The timber for the fence can be reused but will need timber for small retaining wall.

The roof was replaced by the last owner about 3 years ago. But he didn't do a good job about the cleaning the space under the roof, so we just need to cleaning the debris, dust under the roof. The roof is quite tall, there is enough space for a person to stand up in it. You don't need to crawl. Total area is 90 m2.
