Fit skirtings and architraves to newly renovated 3 bdrm house

We have a three bedroom house which has been completely renovated inside. All new walls and doors, windows etc. basically a new house. We need a builder to fit all skirting and architraves. There are 11 windows, 2 large bi-fold external doors, 5 internal doors, 4 double wardrobes and 2 cupboards. All require achitraves. Plus the skirtings. Bathroom Renovation

I have a small 60s style bathroom that needs the shower and basin replaced. The shower is tiled with a stainless steel tray. Some of the tiles have broken and there has been leakage into the wall behind the shower so this will need fixing. We have replacement tapware and basin. Repairs on the house

1. fill two holes in eaves. One hole is like two tennis balls size, another one is small. 2. base cladding crack, needs silicon to fix. 3. roof flashing repair. 4. facia borad needs repair 5. shower leaking needs to be repaired. Suspect that the main leak is occurring behind the shower rose and that this is leaking into theinternal wall that backs on the hallway. Please give me a quote.

Build Brick BBQ Area

Hi, We are wanting someone to do the brick work for a BBQ Area. We have the bricks already, just need someone with the proper know-how, tools and time. We have the idea in our head and have seen a few images of others. We'd like to have it in such a way that we can either slide our gas bbq in to fit, or use the hotplate and dials with gas from the bbq by sitting it on top somehow.
