Fence - wooden

I'm after a price for a wooden fence, the front is 11.4 Meters, and the side is 10.4 Meters. The Front fence needs to be build from scratch. New ceiling for open plan lounge-kitchen

Remove existing gib, scotia from open plan lounge-dining-kitchen (3.6mx11.6m plus 5m2 area to side) area, replace with new gib, finish, plaster and paint. Also require walls of lounge & kitchen to be skim coated. Existing light fittings, solartube & ventilation outlet to be reinstalled.
