I know both of them are starting to rot at a join at the bottom of the window and one is not opening properly. Both windows are of the same size; measurements taken inside the width across the bottom is 152cm & height of 133cm. I'm looking at replacing them with aluminium and double glazing. Deck and bifold doors

We are wanting a quote to build a deck at the front of our house. We also want to put in bifold doors that open out onto the deck which would mean cutting into the existing lounge wall that faces out to the driveway. Put hot water cylinder back on to ripple

Hi there. I have two meters in my house. The second meter ONLY runs the spa and hot water cylinder. With all the Rug rats here now we run out as the second meter is a night meter with boost. We want it back on the main meter so it heats more often and I dont get cold showers. House is 2 years old and in rolleston. Should be pretty easy.

Gravel driveway needs re-doing

PLUMBING INSPECTION

We require a certified plumber to perform an inspection on one of our projects in Mellons Bay. We are the architects and project managers. The project have been completed but the plumber that has 'dissapeared' and we are unable to get a CCC without his PS3.
