Small ensuite and bathroom. Remove wallpaper, plaster to paint standard (some of this is new gib board) then paint (only wall, not ceilings). Would suit one person if they had all the skills.

This job was on a holiday house and I have yet to get there to see it personally although I am told the workmanship is very good. I understand the job was mainly done by the contractor with the plastering done by a sub-contractor.
