Upon a building inspection we found some decayed purlins that need replacing. Minor decay was noted to the top timber purlin on the south side at the western end of the roof area. Minor decay was also noted on the north side of the roof area also in the top purlin approximately halfway along the roof. Wall hanging bathroom vanity

New power point requred in toilet room

Need a new power point put in the toilet room to power an electric bidet. Easy access under house (raised timber floor) and a lot of electrical cables already under house so probably able to connect into one of them? bidet will draw 1200 watts. Torbay.
