Roof Fix

Upon a building inspection we found some decayed purlins that need replacing. Minor decay was noted to the top timber purlin on the south side at the western end of the roof area. Minor decay was also noted on the north side of the roof area also in the top purlin approximately halfway along the roof. A hole through the roofing iron was noted on the northern side of the roof that needs repairing. We would like to have the roof re-nailed also. House is approx 1930's. Easy access to roof space.
