Chimney servirce and repair.

my old fire wood burner is working well, but some smoke and heat is leaking through the sealing of the wood burner itselt to the wall. I can see the sealing is ccraking and broken. not sure iit is cement. colour white like a paste

Sliding Door

We want to repair the bottom rail section of a glass with metal frame sliding door that is 2m high and 1.2 wide. Right before it shuts, the door goes off track unless firmly pressed in one particular direction as it is slide shut. Possibly looking at modifying it so that it can automatically shut by itself.

Master bedroom window tinting

Question: Does window tinting provide privacy and any heat retention? We have very large triangular windows in our property in Queenstown. We are wanting to keep the view but to provide some light reduction, heat retention in winter, heat reduction in summer, and possible privacy. Would tinting satisfy any of these needs?

A wall mount track with two pieces of sliding windows will be one of the ideas.Double glazing. Other ideas like fringe window or bi-fold window will be appreciated to know.

My downstairs shower was refitted a few times and the seals have been pulled off so many times that after showering water tends to puddle on the outside of the glass. Also the fitted shower plastic seam flops off from time to time and then water floats out onto the tiles.

I will need a designer specializing the area considering unitries plan. Also need a surveyor to correct the existing fence/boundary.
