Posted 12 years agoI have several jobs that need to be done for a rental property. 1. Replace particleboard underneath vinyl/carpet in bathroom, toilet and part of hallway. This is urgent, asap. This is gradual damage due to leak from cylinder. 2. Install tiles behind oven; 3. Plaster up a small hole (5 sqcm) in bathroom; 4. Floor needs sorting out as its got old lino all over. Walls need work as they have some kind of laminex or formica half way up all walls on wet areas. room is about 3x3m in size

This would involve a short (5-10m) low fence at the side of the property and a 6ft high fence across the front and down the drive a bit (maybe 30m length?). About three timber or concrete steps to go up to the road. Job 2: replace 2 window catches; job 3: fix door frame in wardrobe (broken); Job 4: plaster a hole in bathroom wall (about 5sq cm).

We'd like a bannister at toddler height to our second storey, below the adult one. We also live on a busy road and are considering some new double glazed windows for the kids' rooms to help with noise and draughts, a bit of advice on this would be helpful.
