Gas Hobs

SMEG SPA 42016 Gustalla SUK 9IMFA Two gas hobs igniting but not staying on when knobs released. The problem seems to lie with the 2 left hobs and particularly the large front hob. There seems to be no problem with the gas flow or the ignition when you press the knob in and around to turn it on, however once the flame is present and you release the pressure on the knob, it simply cuts the flame off. Hi, not quite a driveway but I need an extension done to a boat parking space I have on my section. Need approx 20 square metres more adjacent to existing pad, off to the left hand side of our drive. Slightly tricky as the drive slopes upwards quite a bit and I'd like the pad to end up reasonably flat towards the back. The lawn will need excavating also as this has not been done.

The toilet does not do flushing properly. Water is dripping into the bowl constantly. Cistern cannot hold water to fill up. Seek a great plumber to fix it.
